Angelo Cavallari, born on 12/15/1941 within the walls of his birthplace in Bacanazza, in the municipality of Occhiobello (Rovigo), after completing his elementary studies he attended an evening course in Ferrara for the profession of pipe fitter, while during the day he was already working in a mechanical workshop.
At the age of twenty he was hired by Saipem, where he worked until 1967 for the very job he had studied for, attending some construction sites in Latina, Gela, Argentina, Pakistan, Iraq and Greece. Until arriving at the last construction site in Libya for Bechtel, which lasted 2 years and at the end of which, having returned to Italy, at the age of 30 he married and started the CIIP.
In fact, it was 1971, when Mr. Angelo Cavallari received an offer from a company in Milan looking for independent personnel for various construction sites and it was thanks to this that the company came to life, initially counting on a workforce of 3 employees .
In the space of about 10 years, CIIP grew more and more, taking over its current headquarters in Canaro and expanding day after day, until it reached the current 50 employees.
